Understanding Your Idea
We take the time to get to know you and your idea. Our design team will work with you to sketch out your initial concept and solidify a few variations of the product. We will provide our feedback regarding market competition, cost, and practicality to ensure the most success for your product.
Decide On a Design
After a few outlines and white board sessions, we can compile detailed sketches, 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) models, in order to give you a better interpretation of your product. This design pathway ensures no details are missed and will give you a better grasp on your product before we pick up a tool or order material.
Develop a Road Map
Once we have defined what the product will do, we can now manifest a plan of attack to bring it to the market. We pride ourselves on our ability to put together the correct team to assist you throughout the entire process of developing your design. Through this road map, we can craft a timeline and personalized check points to ensure things get done in a timely, professional manner.
Build and Test
At this stage, we have completed the first, or few sets of, prototypes to study, test and analyze. We present real world testing and complete surveys to receive reliable, honest feedback. We will determine if changes need to be made to the product while also working out any kinks to ensure the repeat-ability of the product.
Finalize Product
Congratulations! You have successfully completed your prototype. We can now begin to implement the production engineering phase. Whether utilizing special mold tooling or assembly fixtures, our Production Engineers will ensure that each part is completed with nothing less than perfection.
Prepare for Launch
With production runs in order and Quality Assurance procedures implemented, we can put a strong push on marketing and advertising your product. We will help determine how and where your product will be sold through analyzing the demand, evaluating the price and selecting product release sizes for the first set of orders.
